Cookie Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how MCVRD-PL, operated by Mc VR Designs, uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies on the MCVRD-PL website.

We keep our use of cookies and tracking technologies limited. We use browser storage required to remember your analytics preference, and Google Analytics is only loaded if you choose to accept analytics.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites can store on your computer, phone or other device. They can be used to remember preferences, provide website functionality and understand how a website is being used.

Websites can also use similar technologies, such as local browser storage, to remember information on your device.

2. How MCVRD-PL uses browser storage

MCVRD-PL uses local browser storage to remember whether you have accepted or rejected optional analytics.

This prevents us from repeatedly asking you for the same analytics choice each time you visit the website.

3. Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the MCVRD-PL website.

Analytics can provide information such as the number of visits, pages viewed, general device and browser information, traffic sources and approximate geographic information.

We use this information to understand website traffic and improve MCVRD-PL and its website.

Google Analytics is optional. The Google Analytics script is not loaded by MCVRD-PL unless you choose Accept Analytics.

4. Analytics cookies

When Google Analytics is accepted and loaded, Google may use cookies and related technologies to distinguish visitors and sessions and to measure use of the website.

These analytics technologies are not required for you to use the MCVRD-PL website or the MCVRD-PL application.

5. Accepting or rejecting analytics

When you first visit the MCVRD-PL website, you are given a choice to accept or reject optional analytics.

If you select Reject Analytics, MCVRD-PL records your preference in your browser and does not load Google Analytics.

If you select Accept Analytics, your preference is stored and Google Analytics is loaded.

Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website or MCVRD-PL.

6. Changing your choice

You can change your analytics preference at any time using the Cookie Settings option on the MCVRD-PL website.

You can also remove locally stored website data through your browser settings. Doing so may cause the website to ask for your analytics preference again.

7. Advertising and marketing cookies

MCVRD-PL does not currently use advertising or behavioural marketing cookies on this website.

If this changes in the future, this Cookie Policy and the website's consent controls will be updated as appropriate.

8. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if the technologies used by MCVRD-PL change or where necessary to reflect legal or regulatory requirements.

The date at the top of this page will show when the policy was last updated.

9. Privacy

For more information about how MCVRD-PL processes personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.
